I decided that there are a couple of ways I can fight this.  I am certainly not going back to school, but I can help with research by raising money or by being involved in a trial.... A couple of quick facts.  Lung cancer is the deadliest cancer...more people die of lung cancer than any other cancers.  Lung cancer also is the lowest funded cancer.  Breast, prostrate and ovairian all top the list for high test funded.  1 in 16 people will be diagnosed in their lifetime, approximately 127,070 lives are lost annual in the United States from lung cancer.   i decided to sign up for a walk to raise funds.  Here's my shameless plug....feel to keep reading/scrolling if want.
