Interesting article.

So I came upon an interesting article today.

Here is the link in case you want to read it.

Lung cancer treatment by stage explained | Dr. Marco Scarci

It doesn't say much except explains the stages of lung cancer, why stage 3 can't be operated (which I can only assume is the same for 4).  Symptoms (its important to note that even if you have 1 of them it doesn't mean you have lung cancer.  And likewise just because you only have 3 of them you shouldn't put it off because it could be lung cancer).

When I started this blog I didn't want to it to be all negative.  I wanted people to be interested in reading it. And what I have to say.  But honestly, talking about lung cancer is not a wicked exciting, wicked fun, or wicked happy thing to talk about it.

So I will sprinkle some good news into this blog.

Trent had his first tournament this past week.  My bestie left me for vacation so we couldn't enjoy it together.  But I did enjoy it with Bryan, Baelor, Jordan, Holly and all the other moms and dads of the RIP City kids.  They played their hearts out and had a great time.  Unfortunately, it didn't end so well.  But they got their first game jitters out of the way and we are ready to take on week 2 of baseball.  Tonight Baelor has his first town league practice.  We are doing coach pitch this year.  I love T-ball but I am not sure I could have taken another year of it.  And I think Baelor is ready to move on.  I'll let you know after tonight...lol.  So for the next 2-3 months I'll be at the ball field.  Between town league and travel I think we have a practice/game every day.

I have started knitting more.  As I like to call it nervous knitting.  I wanted to use up my yarn (really whats Bryan going to do with it?).  I made Bryan a blanket, Trent a blanket, started Baelors when I was in the hospital and have now started another because Baelors got to big to bring with me everywhere I go.  It can be relaxing.  It is something I don't need to think about when I am doing so I can watch a ball game, ride in the car and can knit.

Roxie went for her first overnight visit this past weekend.  She behaved herself and came home exhausted.  At least we know she can behave at other peoples houses.  Thank you Jen and Justin for having her!!  I will say that I missed her.

I took Roxie outside yesterday and beside the little bugs that kept coming after us it was so nice out.  I looked up and saw that our trees are in bloom.  Such a nice thing to see!  I love this time of year.  My tulips took a hit with the snow that we had. But there is always next year!
