I was admitted to the hospital yesterday to start the desensitization proces. I knew it was going to be a long day. And an even longer day today.
yesterday I rocked the med like a champ. No issues! Perfect. I talked to Dr Piper he was so happy how things went.
Today I didn’t rock it so much. I started around 10:00 was supposed to finish around 8:30. At around 6:00 my face started to get flush, felt like someone was sitting on my chest and my legs got super restless. So that ended my treatment.
I was given the cocktail (Pepcid, Benadryl) to help. It did for the most part except the restless legs.
So we’ve called it for the night. I can go home around 8:15-8:30 as long as I am comfortable. I’m assuming that I can try again next week. But who knows.
